It's Dairn and his little sister Hope! Huzzah! Ain't they cute? Yeah, Dairn's about nine years older than Hope. They're also completely different races. She's a Menehune (photosynthetic island dwellers) and he's a human...ish.......thingie.
Together they share a special bond. Being the oldest of six, Dairn is very protective of his youngest sibling; while Hope is empathetic to her brother's turbulent emotions and often tries to cheer him up. (D'aww.)
She also talks to dead people.
